Last year Kippy and Jim were recognized by Re/Max Experts as the company's 3RD highest producing team and were awarded membership in Re/Max International's coveted 100% Club and Platinum Club for their high sales volume. They are also repeat members of the prestigious Anne Arundel County Master’s Club, whose members are the highest performers in Anne Arundel County.
In 2003 the Manuel's were inducted into Coldwell Banker’s President’s Club, a special designation for top office producers. They were named ROOKIE OF THE YEAR their first full year in the real estate profession.
Kippy and Jim hold Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designations, which recognizes Realtors who further their training and education. Kippy is serving her third year on the Anne Arundel County Association of Realtors Grievance Committee.They are avid investors having purchased 8 properties in the last two years while being members of the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Investors Association.
In their spare time they are both active board members of the Back Creek Nature Park.
Jim is active with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and Kippy is a substitute Yoga instructor.
